"If you had an entire day off to do whatever you enjoy most, what would you do?"

That was the question that guided me into the wonderful world of fitness. That was when I realized that I could use my passion for exercise and nutrition not only to benefit myself, but to help others as well, so I immediately switched my major from business to fitness. I graduated from Salem State University as a Presidential Scholar and went on to get certified through ACE as a Personal Trainer and Health Coach. The following year, I was named Bally Total Fitness Trainer of the Year for the New England Region. Soon after, I realized the joy of teaching group fitness classes and took a position at the Beacon Hill Athletic Clubs in Boston where I was able to help people one on one and in a group setting. I was also given the opportunity to take over the club's Charitable Foundation, through which I assisted in raising over $100,000 for various local and international charitable organizations. In my first year there, I was named Employee of the Quarter. In addition to my work at the BHAC, I led a senior citizen walking group and group fitness classes for the Beacon Hill Village for over fourteen years. In 2015, I moved to Raleigh, NC and joined the Orangetheory Fitness family. Again I was presented the opportunity to challenge individuals to push themselves to limits they never thought possible. I've since moved to Jersey City where I will continue to "bleed orange" in addition to helping individual clients in the Jersey City/Manhattan area accomplish their fitness goals. I will also stay committed to my loyal clients in Boston and Raleigh via Skype training.
There is nothing I enjoy more than seeing my clients achieve goals they would never have imagined possible and being able to convince them to believe in their abilities and in themselves.

What to Expect

Every client will have a different experience during his/her session. Our initial session will be a thorough evaluation which allows me to determine what the client needs and pair that with his/her goals. This helps to ensure that the workout I create is exactly what my client needs. I have helped hundreds of clients of all ages and fitness levels achieve their goals and look forward to helping hundreds more.

I normally train with Robyn in person, but because I travel a lot for work, I recently started doing our training sessions via skype, and it has been a lifesaver! It was tough for me to stick with my diet and workout routine while on the road, but now with my ipad, I've had training sessions with her from hotel rooms and gyms.
