About Me

Hi, my name is Robin. I am a NESTA certified trainer who is skilled in TRX, certified in Barre, trained in BOSU, Stability Ball, Kettlebell and free weight protocols. All my workouts are designed with the clients goals in mind and focus first on perfecting functional movements. Once functional movement is down we can proceed to strength training. Core and cardio are incorporated into every workout. I can train live at my home studio or via Zoom. I have skill with both formats

What to Expect

Every client will get a free 30 minute health and fitness assessment live or via Zoom... Once a goals are discussed a personalized workout is designed. 5 minute foam rolling, 10 minute stretching what is applicable to the workout, 35 minute workout and 5 minute cool down.

This is my second workout with Robin and I’m telling you this woman is amazing to work with!

She adjusted the workout and pace to better fit where I stand and what I can and can not do just off the first session. It was much more fit to my personal, physical ability but still pushing me to get the results I am looking for.

If anyone is looking for an encouraging couch that will work with you, push you just enough, but know when to draw back this woman is for you!

Also, she loves kids haha mine love to join me in my session and she 100% understands if I need to take a second to attend to them.

10/10 I recommend Robin as a couch.

Robin is a consummate professional, highly skilled in her field. She listens and seeks to understand my goals and literally works side by side to ensure I am doing what is necessary to achieve them. She provides details about specific exercises and how they impact each part of the body.

Her sessions are structured and easy to follow given her preparation and detailed instructions. She provides examples and performs each exercise along side you making it extremely easy to follow and execute with no interruption to the flow. I also appreciate that she lets you know where you should be feeling "the burn" which helps to confirm you're doing the exercise correctly.

I have been focused on my biceps and triceps for several years and until I began regular workouts with Robin I was not achieving a marked difference. Robin provided the exercises , education coaching and regimen to make a huge difference in just three months. Given what I have learned from Robin, I no longer feel the need to have a Gym membership and am achieving better results at home. Great savings.

I would highly recommend Robin whether you are currently achieving your "fit for life" goals or simply have the desire to feel and look great at any age.

LOVE Robin’s Zoom class! If you have wondered about if you can REALLY get a good workout in a virtual class...the answer is...take one with ROBIN!! She makes it fun with great music, her instructions are easy to follow, she reminds you to breathe and gives great coaching on the right posture and technique. Her communication is always great too, reminders ahead of class of what equipment to have for your session so you are ready to go a soon as class starts. Such a good thing to do for yourself...you will feel great!

I have been doing Robin's Barre class for a couple of months via Zoom and love it! The class is a great full body workout, and it varies from class to class so it always feels new and fresh. No matter where you are, this is a great class, and Robin is a great instructor.
