Hi, my name is Robert. I've personally lost over 100 lbs and I've been a personal trainer for 10 years. I own a gym in Old Saybrook, CT called SAYFIT. We are a "community fitness" gym meaning we run small-large group classes daily. My goal in life is to help as many people as possible achieve their health & fitness goals. I work with clients from all ages (Youth-Senior) all fitness levels (Beginner-Advanced) and all goals (Weight loss, Strength, Conditioning, Athletics, Longevity)

My training sessions are completely custom to your fitness goals. They are either 30min or 45min sessions. Each session has a specific warm-up, main workouts, cool-down, and stretching.
