Robert Leaks III is the Certified Personal Trainer who is inspiring and motivating individuals around the country. As of now, his in-person clientele ranges between Central New Jersey & New York City with online clients coming from all across the country.

Leaks, a former College Athlete is certified by the National Strength & Conditioning Association, DBC Level One-Two: "Biomechanics & Human Movement", and has his Bachelor of Science Degree in Exercise Science with a Minor in Coaching. In 2017, Leaks was awarded The Malaysia Artis Award: "Young Men In Motion", after opening and successfully operating his own Personal Training facility at age 22. His expansive range of clients makes Leaks unique. His clientele ranges from everyday people to the elite professional athletes. Every one of his clients are treated to fit their own personal needs. Leaks understands that every person is different, in need of different outcomes and goals, and he strives to reach those needs.

I do one hour sessions with Rob, two to three days a week. He is always always very professional and well organized. In just a couple months I saw significant progress in every aspect of my fitness. I couldn't imagine going back to my old boring workouts. I would highly recommend him if you are looking to get into shape or an athlete looking to get to next level.

I have been working out twice a week with Robbie Leaks since January of this year. It was the best decision I’ve made for myself. Robbie asked all sorts of pertinent questions at the beginning and has tailored my workouts accordingly. I am a middle aged woman & Robbie has me doing exercises that I never dreamed I would be capable of doing. I never feel extremely sore the day after I train with him. No workout is the same which keeps it interesting & challenging. I have seen positive changes to my body & strength. I highly recommend Robbie & his gym. They don’t get any better than him!

I have trained with Robert for over a year and I can not say enough great things. Every workout has always been completely different, but equally as challenging. Robert does a good job of motivating me throughout every workout and showing me how much stronger I get as the sessions go on. When you work out with Robbie you know you’re going to be put through a good, tough workout! He’s not going to butter you up with smooth talking and give you a weak session. He’ll have you working and sweating like crazy, pushing you to and beyond your limits while keeping everything safe and fun. As a professional athlete, Robbie’s workouts are great for me and keep me right during the season and get me into tip top shape in the offseason. There really is no comparison when it comes to personal training, and he will create the perfect sessions for whatever your goals are.

Since I started training with Rob, I’ve learned so many different exercises & techniques to target specific areas as well as proper form for each exercise. He takes his time & designs programs made specifically for you. My strength mental & physical strength has increased tremendously since training with him. The group classes are also always a lot of fun, with different circuits each class. 10/10 would recommend!
