About Me

Hello my name is Robert.
I've been involved in various sports since I was 6 years old.
I am also a former collegiate track & field runner & also trained for Olympic trials.
My passion for sports led me to become a trainer because I believe in helping people change their lives through fitness to become better than they were yesterday.

I'm a fitness and sports instructor who's passionate about helping people reach their full potential when it comes to their health and well being. My background work is with children & teens teaching them the fundamentals of sports training and fitness. I also have a experience working with student athletes who are training in their sport as well as family group training.

Developing a better understanding of how your body's impacted by pushing it beyond it's physical limits.
Through careful instruction you will learn & cover all aspects of proper form & proper techniques to get results you always wanted!
Session also includes: proper rehabilitation techniques, nutrition guidance & careful instruction of exercises you can do at home.

Trained a young woman with down syndrome, she loved softball but wasn't taken very seriously in high school, we trained for two years & she's currently on the practice team at Arkansas junior college & first person ever at the school to do so with a disability.
