Hi, my name Robert. Let me start by saying I love what I do so that makes me love helping people to be the best they can be! I'm from Sour Lake TX and played football, and I also partook in powerlifting and track. This is what led me to become a trainer. Working out is all I've be doing since the age of 13. So becoming a trainer was important to me because I wanted to show people how to get better but also by doing it the right way with nutrition, using proper technique, and program design. I just love being able to interact with so many different people and helping them reach levels beyond their belief!!!!

A typical session in my program will run something like this: We will start with a dynamic warm up that will basically get the body warm and ready for the work load, so its more than just getting on a treadmill. Then we will move into the workout which will consist of 3 phases: power, strength,endurance. Then we will cool down and stretch! I will give you 120% of me and I expect it he same effort!!!!!

Working with Robert has been beyond positive for me and my family. Both of my teenage boys work with him to prepare for school sports. My husband has started working with Robert as well - he is recovering from a broken arm. We all love him!! He understands our individual needs and goals as diverse as they are!!! And I never feels he asks more of me than I am ready for - none of that trying to kill you stuff!! I have had the pleasure of working with Robert now since Aug., 2016 . I was ready for a change of pace when I met Robert, and that is exactly what I got. I work with him 3 days a week in the gym and I literally cannot remember a duplicated workout. He always finds a way to change it up even if it's the same exercise done in multiple different ways. It really helps keep me motivated and interested in what we will be doing on any given day. I am a person who tends to get bored rather quickly, so this is important to me. Robert keeps track of weight, body measurements and progress as you go and I like that as well. He is always encouraging and supportive and pushes me to do things I maybe did not realize I was capable of. I have achieved some personal goals with weight loss, gained strength, and am continuing to transform my body in overall toning and shaping. I have thoroughly enjoyed my time so far, and I look forward to reaching more goals with his help.
Working with Robert has been an amazing experience! The first time we sat down, Robert was interested in getting to know me first and from there we developed a strategy to accomplish my goals. He customized my plan in such a way that failure was not an option! Robert made sure to coach me through the physical and mental side of my training. I can definitely say that my training experience with Robert has made me value the importance of being physically and mentally fit!
I have trained with Robert for almost a year. I enjoyed working with him because he is very knowledgeable and believes in doing it the right way. He was very good at making sure I had the right form for a particular exercise to avoid any injuries. He made me realize the importance of breathing correctly which was very helpful.
Robert is a wonderful trainer. I have been with him for 2 years now and he is my gentle giant. He is very knowledgeable about all types of training. Whether it is for weight loss, sports training or weight training. I have lost 70 lbs training with Robert. He has a very unique way of inspiring you to give it your all.
Robert is an excellent trainer that caters the workout to the clients needs. He is very motivating and always positive. I highly recommend him.

Robert is not a personal trainer who tries to intimidate you with his tone of voice. He's calm, he really cares about your success!! He'll guide you through every aspect of the workout! I like the fact that he explains what exercise is next, how to do the exercise and the importance of the exercise!
