In 2012 I weighed 250 pounds and had an average blood pressure reading of 160/100. I began working with a trainer and brought my weight down to 175 pounds and my blood pressure to 115/80. All of the health benefits I realized from my body transformation is why I became a personal trainer, to help others achieve similar results. I graduated from the National Personal Training Institute and I'm currently completing my Masters Program in Nutrition at NYCC. I obtained my personal training certification from the American Council on Exercise and my certified strength and conditioning specialist from the National Strength and Conditioning Assoc. I have had the pleasure to work with all fitness levels and ages.

One's training session will depend on their goals and current physical condition. I use several types of training modalities to help my clients achieve their goals and keep the sessions interesting. For example one session could include free weights, suspension training, bosu, and high intensity training all in one session.
I was happy to recently find out one of my clients is no longer on her diabetes medication, she has lost over 30 pounds over the last 4 months and drastically reduced her blood glucose levels.
