I originally became a trainer to help combat the youth obesity in this country. All of my sessions are tailored to YOUR needs I'm regards to exercises, sets, reps, etc. However the typical workout will include a 10 minute warm-up, 30 minutes weight-lifting, 10 minutes cardio, 10 minute cool down!
