I have worked with a wide variety of athletes, both competitive and non-competitive. Research-based, peer-reviewed evidence is the driving factor for coaching decisions for all my clients. So you can expect intelligent coaching with quantifiable results that will get you stronger, leaner, and increase performance

I have personally developed software that tracks meta-data for all my athletes so we can accurately monitor absolute/relative volume, training percentages, rate of weight loss/gain, etc.

I also have an extensive background in functional strength training. This is applicable to athletes who need to enhance their biomechanical efficiency to clients who are coming off a surgery/injury and need to get back in the game.

I also offer nutritional coaching for weight loss, muscle gain, and increases in strength.

What to Expect

Coaching sessions are extensive and detailed. I will help you to perfect your form to maximize muscle growth and increase strength. Sessions are both motivational and educational. While I will push you to challenge your limits, I will teach you the principles as to why these methods work so well

During our sessions I will be monitoring and improving biomechanics, bar speed and path, muscular imbalances (if any), form, bracing ability, etc.

Client Success Story

One of my clients, Mike, came to me weighing only 150 lbs. He wanted to get stronger and bulk up while retaining a lean physique. He started out only benching 245 lbs.

I'm proud to say that he is now one of my strongest clients, currently weighing 170 lbs and benching 350 lbs. He also walks around at ~11% bodyfat so not only is he strong, but looks great too.
Another one of my clients, Julia, had just had a surgery on her arm when she came to me for coaching. She is 5' 3" and weighed about 155 lbs at the time.

We worked extensively to get her arm healthy and strong again, applying modalities such as active release therapy, stability training, and functional strength training. Simultaneously, we worked on her nutrition training in the gym until her arm healed fully. She now weighs 120 lbs, is stronger than before her surgery, and is confident wearing a bikini to the beach with her friends
