About Me

Hi, my name is Robbie. I'm a 28-year-old Irishman whose been living in the US for 3 years now. I am massively passionate about both fitness/nutrition and helping and encouraging other people from all walks of life. I have alot of experience in the fitness industry through both qualifications/certifications and experience in the field. I have also played sports at a high level through soccer where i played semi professionally in Ireland. I am an avid believer in pushing yourself outside of your comfort zone and i look forward to helping and encouraging you to do so while you not only achieve all of your goals, but also grow in confidence and create a stronger mind
