About Me

Hi, my name is Rob. I have been in the fitness business since 1997. I am a veteran of the U.S. Air Force and I have owned my gym since 2001. My experience includes all levels of fitness from the beginner to high level athletes.

What to Expect

The typical workout is catered to the fitness level of the client and includes a warm-up, stretch, and weight training for one hour.
