Coach Ro strives to overcome all barriers, and work through all limitations to give you the life you deserve. The ability to get up and do anything you want, whenever you want. The philosophy: BE RELENTLESS. Ro understands that training is not easy. It's uncomfortable. It's hard; and, as if that wasn't enough, it's a slow process sometimes. The philosophy of strengthening the mind to strengthen the body, gives you the power to keep going and achieve any goal in the shortest amount of time possible. The method: Coach Ro works with you to identify the weakest link in your body, and barriers in your life. With correcting problem areas, there will be nothing slowing you down. You will be "ON" 24/7. The path Coach Ro has taken as a professional is to be with you all the way. He started his personal training career in a fitness facility working with usual gym-goers and fitness enthusiast. People wanting to gain strength and look better. From there he migrated to the Boxing world, as a boxing coach and strength and conditioning trainer to competitive fighters. After working with so many people, Coach Ro felt that there was still a special group of people that either didn't have access to a gym or lacked the motivation to go to one. In response, he took his passion with him on the road, traveling to people's homes and working with them, creating an environment of "No excuses and being relentless." A stronger healthier body is for everyone and attainable by anyone. Lastly, Coach Ro was recruited to be the Department Head of a Multi-Sport Training Facility. He worked with youth athletes as young as 6 years old, athletes of various sports and various levels from high school to college and professional. Now Coach Ro has relocated to Florida and is starting fresh; combining all of his work experiences to impact as many lives as possible. If you have flexibility restrictions, joint pain, recurring injuries - Coach Ro as a Corrective Exercise Specialist can help you. If you are wanting to win a higher level of athleticism - Ro as a Performance Enhancement Specialist can also help you. Having a degree from the University of Houston in Health and Human Performance provided Ro with the knowledge to work with everyone in between. If you want to achieve your goals in the fastest time and learn the skills to become independent, then Coach Ro is the best option for you.

Client Success Story

"One of my favorite success stories is with Vahid Shariatzadeh. When we first met, Vahid had two previous rotator cuff surgeries, and rods in his low back, with the occasional joint ache. His goal was to stay healthy, and maybe even more importantly be able to keep playing tennis for as long as possible. Vahid enjoyed tennis so much that even though he had pain, he would play through it. His passion to play tennis was amazing. I had to be a part of this. Vahid and I had a serious conversations about his limitations and the 'more harm than good' he was causing to himself by playing through the pain. He listened and put 100% of his faith in me. I did not take that for granted. We decided to stay away from any tennis for 2 months. During those 2 months we corrected every imbalance, strengthened his core and all stabilizing muscles. Fortified his joints. By the end of the 2 months we were ready to slowly and gradually re-introduce tennis (to only practices, no matches). By this point Vahid was built up to his base. The next month that followed we trained to be an athlete again. Before 4 months were over he was back to playing tennis pain free. He was faster, lasted longer and played better. He was ecstatic. I was ecstatic. Vahid didn't stop there. We kept going for the next 3 years. Training as a full fledged athlete and competitive tennis player. Vahid was 62 years old when we started. He tells me that in order to feel challenged on the court, he has to play 30 year olds. I love it."
