Hi, my name is Ricky. I am a NASM certified trainer who got into fitness 5 years ago. I was always the small guy and got picked on so I decided to finally pick up some weights and start exercising. I have had 2 broken legs in past 4 years and both needing metal rods. I have still managed to work extra hard on staying in shape and being the best version of myself, thus legs and gluts have become my specialty. I love helping others and seeing there results not only physically but also mentally and spiritually.

I had 30 minute sessions that were intense when they needed to be and well rounded to fit my needs. I worked with ricky for 10 enjoyable months and in those ten months I lost the weight that I wanted to lose and became stronger. Ricky was very motivational, he would text me with new ways on how to improve my diet and exercises. Ricky is an excellent trainer. He is able to provide you with workouts that bring out your strengths but at the same time work on your weaknesses. He is caring and knows how to connect with his clients in a way that brings out the best in you.
Ricky trained both my girlfriend and me and every time we had a session with him it was something we looked forward to not only because we knew he was going to work us hard but also because we enjoyed talking with him and he treats you more like a friend then customer. What I liked most was that he was always researching and teaching me creative me new ways to work certain muscles in order to reach my goals.
We worked on improving arms and leg strenthing. Ricky and I worked together, and made some strides, for a year. Being 72 years old was a challenge for both of us as we adapted the exercises to my abilities. He was very patient and we worked well together for the best results.
He is very patient and works with you according to what you want to achieve and your abilities. I only went in once a week but I am sure I am better off for having done it with Ricky.

Ricky is an amazing trainer. He has been training my husband and I for over 6 months. He customizes our training sessions so that we both get a great workout and meet our fitness goals. He takes the time to learn your weaknesses and strengths so that he can assist you.
He is very creative and can kick your butt by only using resistance bands. He encourages you to push hard and not quit. He is motivating and makes you do/try workouts that you never imagined you could do.
