Hi, I'm Rick. I recently move to Akron from Boston and have just open a private exercise Studio attached to my home. This private gym can be used only by my clients for their training sessions and also for their own use to work out independently .

I'm experienced, creative, enthusiastic, hard working, passionate, bluntly honest, keenly observant, thoughtful, and modest.

I use proven principles based on physics and biomechanics to get you moving correctly to avoid injury and get a safe, effective, and efficient workout every time to meet your goals. I will prepare you for a long term of the best and most practical workouts you will learn to perform on your own.

I am schooled to train FMS assessment and correctives, athletic yoga, deep muscle tissue massage, TRX, CrossFit, bodyweight and freeweight strength and conditioning.

I will work hard for your workouts. I will keep records and Note each session with progress reports and new goals to meet.

What to Expect

Typically I have a workout ready to put you through dufferent from the session before. But I am also ready to change gears for you if you need. I will be observant and correct any moves by explanation and demonstrating. I will keep record of the workout and give you progress results. I will be enthusiastic every workout. I will encourage more effort and give you breaks depending on how your day or week has been. My underlying objective is to assist you in gaining the fitness and physique you want. I will work hard each time and provide programs that are safe, effective, and efficient. I also am interested in knowing more about your life in order to really gauge your whole body fitness.
