Typically I have a workout ready to put you through dufferent from the session before. But I am also ready to change gears for you if you need. I will be observant and correct any moves by explanation and demonstrating. I will keep record of the workout and give you progress results. I will be enthusiastic every workout. I will encourage more effort and give you breaks depending on how your day or week has been. My underlying objective is to assist you in gaining the fitness and physique you want. I will work hard each time and provide programs that are safe, effective, and efficient. I also am interested in knowing more about your life in order to really gauge your whole body fitness.
