I have been weight training for over 35 years. Now I want to guide those who want to improve their life, how they feel and how they look thru weight training, diet and cardio combined. Besides guiding you through your weight training sessions I'll also give a set of guidelines on cardio training and as much diet advise as you'd like. This will be different for everyone. I have clients who range from those who have 2-3 hours a week for fitness training to physique athletes who compete in physique or bodybuilding contests (requires 5-6 workouts a week, more cardio and a very strict diet). Whatever your fitness goal is I can help you to achieve it through targeted weight training, cardio and diet. We will work together every step of the way to achieve your fitness goals. Before starting you on a training routine we would also run thru a detailed questionnaire to find out about any prior physical training experience and any current injuries or medical conditions you may be experiencing and we would be certain to work around those areas of concern.
This would depend on what results you the client would be looking to achieve. If you are looking to lose 10 lbs and gain a little lean muscle @ the same time you would need @ the least 2-3 one hour weight training sessions per week. Depending on how quickly you would want to achieve your goal would dictate the amount of training involved. I'll personally guide you thru specific weight training sessions in order to make certain you are performing the exercises correctly and with the proper amount of weight or resistance being applied. I would also give you advise on a cardio program (treadmill/stationary bike/step mill/ elliptical trainer) and diet advise which will allow you to achieve your goal in a timely & efficient manor.
One of my biggest success stories would have to be my wife's success. Over the last few years she has been taking my diet advise on a daily basis and she has transformed herself. I guided her to winning the overall Women's Physique division @ the South New Jersey Championships, both open and masters classes, thru a strict weight training regimen, diet tailored to her specific needs and an intensive cardio schedule. She did the work required, I just guided the plane to a successful landing.
