Clients can expect a welcoming & motivating gym environment where everyone pulls for one another. All of my sessions are conducted in a secure and private gym. Sessions vary by client, but each client can expect to get a great workout and leave exhausted! As a trainer, I know everyone is different and so their workouts should be too. I design your workout based on what you've told me you want to achieve. It's my job to help get you there in the quickest and most efficient manner possible. I recommend clients arrive 10-minutes early to begin their warm-up. That way we don't waste your time with me doing something that you can do without me.

Randy's hectic work schedule and constant traveling had taken its toll and he got his weight up to an unhealthy level. I first worked with Randy to improve his flexibility and base cardio levels. Then progressed into weights and circuits. Thanks to Randy's awesome attitude towards fitness and his change in diet, we got him down over 50+ pounds and off of some of his medications after his first year training with me. I continued to work with him for 3 more years and continued to experience great results.
