Hi, my name is Richard. For those that are interested in securing my service. I have been in the fitness business as a trainer since 1999. I am certified through IFPA and have certification for fitness and nutrition through Ashford College. I specialize in weight loss, strength training and muscular endurance, post heart attack and nutrition.

Your first workout is not intended to exercise you to the point of pain. Working in a progressive manner we will build upon this first session with subsequent workouts that will be progressively more difficult. We will end each session with stretching to help prevent pain and discomfort the following day.

I have known Richard for over 12 years. He's professional & playful in order to help me reach & maintain my goal. I slipped in the process the last couple of years (due to work & stress), but he's giving me encouragement to get back on track. It's not easy. I do weight training & cardio (3×/wk) & meal plan. Cardio is not my favorite & weakness, the area I need improvement.
I love weightlifting on how it tone my body. I'm working to get my physique back & to compete in one of his fitness competition that he and a few of his clients attend. They look absolutely AWESOME, & 2 of them won. Richard gives you the tools, you just have to do what he tells you in order to see result. If you are looking for a quick fix, Richard is not your man.

I had never spent much time in the gym before, so never knew much more beyond the basics. Let's face it, the gym can be a somewhat intimidating place, especially when you're new to it. I finally decided to give up the home gym routine and started working with Richard. Our sessions usually lasted about 30 minutes and the facility was pretty private other than a couple other regulars.
Richard consistently changed up my routine and I learned multiple techniques to workout different muscle groups. After a year working out with Richard I felt at home in the gym and comfortable working out on my own knowing I was performing my routine using proper technique and targeting the intended muscle groups.
Overall I had a great experience with Richard and it was a great investment not only in my physical health, but also my well-being. Richard is not only a great teacher, but our sessions often felt like working out with a friend who cared about your success both in and outside of the gym.
I would definitely recommend Richard as your personal trainer.
I’ve been training with Richard for a few weeks now and I love it! The gym is awesome. Great equipment and never busy. The meal plans, supplements, and workouts are specific to my goals. Richard does a great job of creating tough workouts while still making it fun.
