Hi, my name is Richard. I'm passionate about fitness. My training philosophy is that there is no one correct way to achieve a fitness goal, and it is important to understand what the client is going through at all times. Therefore the best version of a trainer is the one that is most knowledgeable and adaptable which is what I strive to be. I aim to educate my clients about body awareness as we train because I believe that's the best way to improve mechanics and maintain results for the long term. It's extremely rewarding to watch clients come a long way in their training and help them achieve their goals!
