I am an in-home personal trainer. I come to you, so no need to venture out into bad weather, or go to a gym setting. I help you with your technique, proper weights, and goal attainment. I keep the sessions interesting and fun. My primary specialty is working with older adults, 40 and over. I have a client I work with who is over 90! I can do chair fitness, work with people with special needs, Parkinson's patients, injury recovery.

An initial meeting where we discuss goals and go through a health history form. After that, each training session will be a fully supervised workout tailored to the needs of the client.
