About Me

Hi, my name is Richard. I have been in the health and fitness industry for over 20 years, in which 15 of those years I have had the privilege of working with fitness, injury rehabilitation and athletic performance as a health and fitness consultant. I recently have completed my masters in sport and exercise psychology with an emphasis on developing programs for exercise adherence and compliance. I am very passionate about how I approach my clients and how I motivate them to continue their health and fitness journey.

What to Expect

I combined all aspects of a program that include flexibility, core, balance, strength, cardio and conditioning as aspects of a complete session. I will dig deeper to find what motivates an individual to want to make a behavioral change and often use this a motivating factor in progressing a program.
