My name is Richard . But you can call me Richy. I do calisthenics at parks. My specialty is body weight but I also train people who want to do weight training. I am all about good form to prevent injury.
My training usually consist of a lot of strength training and getting you from A to Z start off with the basics to get you better and motivate you to change in a positive way. Good form is key to me. If I see that my client has a bad form I will try to fix it in any way possible so that my client prevents injury and can work a lot of the primary muscle being used .
I trained a 8th grader in middle school . He couldn't do a single Pull up or Push up . I started him off with the basics such as basic knee push ups some proper planks, dead hangs and a lot of workouts and cardio so that he can get used to the exercise and become a lot stronger to perform the move. After 3 months he successfully did 2 proper pull ups and was able to do 8 push ups . I honestly was happier than the client to know that I helped him reach a goal he really wanted to reach and that he was developing everyday .
