I love helping people achieve their fitness goals. I am that family member that is always pushing everyone else in the family to exercise, fast and eat more whole foods. They usually dismiss me because they would rather take drugs and have surgery. But, you have to keep trying to help the people you care about. You can't give up on family or people in general. At least I can't do this. My passion is health and wellness. Wellness is the ultimate form of healthcare. I have taught myself how to maximize my health using natural means. Your body is perfect. You don't need to take and synthetic drugs or pills to achieve optimal health. All that is needed is quality whole foods, sun, water and exercise. Eat, fast and lift. It is really that simple.
I tailor all of my sessions towards my clients interests and wellness goals. I will then incorporate free weights and/or body weight exercises to help speed along the fitness/body transformation process. I would advise anyone to incorporate some form of strength training into their workout routine.
I am most proud of helping my mother lose 35 lbs. I was able to get her to participate in time restricted eating and an exercise routine. We had a lot of success using this method. I even gave her two cheat days per week. The weight fell off over the span of 2 months.
