About Me

Hi, my name is Reshaud. I am a Navy Veteran and fitness trainer, I help people develop strength, tone muscles, while building a lean physique. I have spent most of my life taking the skills the military had taught me along with my knowledge of the body and how it functions to developing my own style of training and give my clients the best possible experience in their fitness journeys. I encourage personal growth and development of the mindset. If you train the mind the body will follow. I focus my teaching on educated, coaching, and giving a sense of direction.

What to Expect

Understanding your starting point and challenging yourself to get to your endpoint. You can expect exercises that will help you in your everyday life and challenge your body to grow and develop. You can be certain I will tailor the experience to your specifics needs and challenge you enough to stay safe and develop at the same time. The main goal with any starting point is understanding your true why. Then developing the mind to focus on your desires and goals, My sessions also focus on mindset coaching and behavioral influences.

One of my most proud clients was a young lady who wanted to tone her abs and grow her glutes. Her workout plan was set to 4 days a week. And as she continued to workout she stopped coming because of family issues and then started showing back up again because she realized that what we can setup for her was actually making a difference in how she handles her problems at home and she actually loved how she was starting to feel. Throughout the whole 16 week program she maintained her weight within a +/- 5lb increment and she met her goal of seeing her abs and growing her glutes more. I’ve been a client of Reshaud for about 6 months. He has been very passionate about health and fitness, meticulous, and focused. As a person who has been physically fit at a point in my life but has slacked off, it has been challenging and intimidating to get back into the gym. My stamina and esteem hasn’t been the same. After explaining what my fitness goals were, Reshaud has gone above and beyond to assure that my exercises are modified according to my fitness level and always correct and perfect my form. I’ve had wrist pain that hinders me from doing certain exercises, but Reshaud helps with working around it to avoid further injuries. I can be rather difficult to train but I admire Reshaud’s patience with me. He helps keep me on track if I start to shift into old habits such as consuming unhealthy foods. I feel motivated. I enjoy my sessions with Reshaud and would 100% recommend him as a trainer!
