Clients can expect total respect, professionalism, very good knowledge in fitness, i am super passionate to bring the energy and motivation , I'm also totally dedicated to providing convenience and flexibility services , from nutritional guidance, exercise programs, supplement information and overall a personal relationship that checks up on you daily.

Jackie was very obese for a short woman; she weighed 198 lbs. Her doctor wanted to put her on blood pressure medication and that's when she called me and signed up for personal training. She trained three days per week and within two months into her training followed with a healthy diet she went from having a blood pressure of 157/87 to 120/81 and lost 20 lbs. She started to look and feel awesome. There were times when she hated being pushed to do more than she thought she could, but I knew she was very capable of more. I was very obese. For a short woman, I weighed 198 pounds. My doctor wanted to put me on blood pressure medication, and that's when I called Reggi for personal training. I trained with him 3 days per week and I must say that within 2 months into my training followed with a healthy diet, I went from having a BP of 157/87 to 120/81 and I lost 20 pounds. I started to look and feel awesome. There were times when I hated him for pushing me to do more than I thought i could, but he knew I could do more. He's very good at communicating with his clients and very flexible. He works with your schedule. The price did fit in with my budget so was comfortable with it. I definitely would recommend Reginald to any person that is interested in having a personal trainer who is very friendly and works with you to achieve your weight goal. He's got you and will make sure you reach that goal and maintain it.

Awww man! I don't even know where to start, Reggie is extremely cool, funny, humorous, positive, motivating, encouraging as a regular guy and as a personal trainer. He makes you feel at home and very comfortable. It's as if we've known each other from birth. I had the pleasure of working with Reggie earlier this year, and it was a phenomenal experience! Reggie is an excellent trainer. He works out every part of the body, focusing not only on weight loss, but on toning the body and overall wellness and health. He looks at the whole picture, giving you realistic goals and helping you accomplish them together as a TEAM. He is very flexible, and accomodates both your work/school schedule.
