Hello all! I am a personal trainer and group exercise instructor in Washington, D.C., and if you need quality service at an affordable price, I'm your guy! I hold classes at the White House and Navy (training active duty and civilians) and work with clients outside of these locations. I am looking to help people achieve their fitness goals. I am very flexible in terms of training style and intensity.

We always start with a warmup/stretch routine. Dynamic stretching after a warm-up is best. Depending on the client, we will go through our workout. I like circuit training so our session will include a timed circuit of a given exercise, with a balance/cardio exercise in between, and back to a "given exercise." We usually go through this for 30 minutes. The given exercise could include weights, body weight exercises, bands, boxing or what have you. The goal is to keep the client moving, get them feeling good and using muscles with the hopes of achieving their fitness goals. We always do core/abs at the end of the workout, 15 mins. This can include planks, crunches, bicycles and other ab exercises that shape and tone the core. At the very end we use static stretching, which are longer holds, to allow muscles to lengthen. This type of stretch prevents muscle pulls.
