Hi, my name is Rebecca. My personal training career began in 2012 after I placed first in three body building competitions and became Pro. For the past 6 years I have dedicated myself to helping others achieve their fitness goals. While professional body building is my foundation, I felt the need to expand my horizon and went on to achieve certifications in trigger point therapy and TRX suspension training . I have a diverse group of clients with a wide range of fitness goals. Whether it is fat burning , weight loss, muscle building or toning, I have a customized training program that is fit for you. Fitness is my passion and it is my life. Working with people to set goals and actually achieve them is what I truly love about my work.

I've tried running, workout DVDs, soul cycle and crossfit, but I wasn't seeing results. I thought about joining a gym, but the gym was so intimidating. I had no idea what to do. I am now going to the gym regularly with my trainer, Rebecca, and am finally seeing results. We meet three times a week, and do circuit training and weight training. I am happy with my muscle tone and I can finally see my abs. I regret all those years wasted on running and workout DVDs. I only wish I had met Rebecca sooner!
