I started my fitness journey during college as I trained in musical theatre and dance at the number one university for musical theatre, Baldwin-Wallace University. I love anatomy and learning how and why our bodies move in particular ways. Pilates opened up a whole new world of understanding the body and allignment for me. When I am not training, I am a wife and mother of your beautiful and spirited children. I volunteer at their school and our church.

Everything I teach initiates from the core muscles. If you are new to fitness, I am right there with you to start where you are. I have hypothyroidism. I have experienced being 100 lbs overweight. If you want to lose weight, tone up, or go into high performance I have a diverse background with a lot of experience. I am eager and willing to teach and educate you, helping you attain your fitness goals.
I have trained an Olympic Speed Skater and brought him to a more functional place in regards to his speed for his sport. I have also helped men and women lose weight, decrease body fat, and lose inches, with amazing results in as little as four weeks. I have trained kids privately with great enthusiasm. Many older adults have sought my expertise after knee replacement surgeries, shoulder surgeries, hip replacements, back, fusions, to name a few.
