Hi, my name is Rebecca. With over 20 years experience in all things exercise and nutrition, getting my personal training certification in 2014 was a dream come true. It has been incredibly fulfilling to take everything I've learned and be able to help others to reach their weight-loss and fitness goals. I am an enthusiastic, fun, and supportive trainer who is committed to helping my clients achieve the transformation I know they are capable of. I am also a Mom of three in her forties so I understand the fat-loss challenges that come with getting older, and the exercise challenges that come with getting busier. I believe that anyone can learn to build different habits and strategies to have the body they've always wanted. Neither your age, genetics or size determines the change you can achieve.

A typical training session will include a short warm-up followed by a strength-based workout in line with your goals. If your goal is fat-loss, the workout will be a full-body circuit workout (one exercise right after the other with higher reps and shorter rest). If your goal is to build muscle, we will focus on splitting up body parts and training them in the lower rep range with more rest time between sets.
