You are in for a treat! Hi, I am Coach Rebecca. In our sessions, which I custom tailor to your goals and body, we don't just pump reps. We learn, we stimulate your mind, we have fun, feel emplowered, and get a dose of natural endorphins. I only share my signature exercises with my clients, who always love getting more interesting and creative ways to workouts. Because I have accumulated many specialties and certifications over the years, we always find new interesting things to try whether it's martial arts, learning how to run the right way (what, there's a wrong way?), losing 10 years of body fat, balance challenges that will make you fall over laughing, or different training techniques. I grow with my clients as their goals change from year to year. They get an injury or lose motivation, we fix that together too. We train for everything that life throws our way, including, weddings, and pregnancies! Most clients come to me for my signature Active Lifestyle Programs custom molded to your lifestyle, which uses a unique methodology to approach any fitness goal and has proven more effective than quick-hit programs and significantly reduces regression. One of the things my clients value most about me besides my life experience advice, is my 15 years of deep training knowledge and experience training with famous trainers such as Kelly Roberts and Josh Taylor among many others: I show them how they have aged because of years of bad workouts and what to do differently to counter it, the way that I notice little things that they don't, and giving them those lightbulb moments. What to Expect

Start with a fun cardio warm-up, work through fitness barriers, mental motivation, and a fun training session customized to your goals and based on your fitness assessments. We always mix things up and work with whatever your body and mind can give to the session that day. Side affects of a good work out include a feeling of being strong and invincible, endorphin release, a good night's sleep, reduced hunger cravings, better blood circulation, reduced inflammation, and stabilized good mood. Effects last up to 72 hours.

(Names changed for confidentiality) WEIGHT LOSS Natlie was obese client who was going through a hard time in her life personally with some family issues. The first two months together, training three times a week, she lost 20lbs (even after a month long trip to Italy!) and came into a much better place mentally so she could focus on herself and her school. Since then she has graduated and lost over 60lbs with me. She has successfully integrated fitness as a part of her lifestyle, working out 6 days a week, and looks amazing! Six years later we are still together and I am so proud of her! BACK PAIN Matthew has chronic pain from his scoliosis for which he gets cortisone shots. With a demanding career which limits his schedule, being consistent with his workouts was a challenge. His baseline numbers from his fitness assessments were mostly below average. We worked 1-2 days a week to rebalance his core and back musculature to make them stronger. Within a couple months he noticed he started to feel better and didn't have to make as many physical therapy visits or get as many cortisone shots. In less than a year we got him to surpass above average on all of his fitness assessments. He has been with me for 7 years and has successfully made fitness a part of his lifestyle which he has successfully balanced with his career since then. MARATHON & PREGNANT Madison is a marathon runner. She does 2-3 a year. When she came to me she had shin splints and had trouble pushing up in the rankings. I took a look at her running form. To the naked eye it seemed fine, but in fact it was not. I showed her how to improve her running form and marathon strategy. She trained 2 days a week with me. Within 6 months she was placing in the top 100 out of 25,000! When she got pregnant we put her on a trimester workout plan to maintain her high fitness levels from marathon running, improve the delivery muscles, mitigate back pain, and build arm strength for carrying the baby. I walked her through my experiences being pregnant, helping her get through the lesser known parts of pregnancy and preparing your life for children. Come baby time the doctor said she had one of the fastest deliveries he had seen and baby came out healthy! BODY BUILDER Jed is a 50 years old cyclist - body-builder. He came to me because we wanted to even out his cyclist look with some upper body building. I put him on a few creative programs, training 2 days a week, that we rotated monthly to build him up. Within a year we maxed out our weights and doesn't even look 50, and has the heart rate of an Olympian athlete. Then Jed got into a cycling accident that injured his shoulder. We did physical therapy training for a while and then gradually started progressing his weight loads. Within 6 months he was back to his normal weight load. STAYING YOUNG & WALKING AGAIN My oldest client, 91, came to me with the goal to be able to walk independently again. I put him on a 3 day a week functional program basically building his legs from top to bottom. 4 months into his program I had him outside walking again. We continue to build his leg strength, but have taken on other focuses as well such as core strength for stability. I am impressed to say that after our work together my client has a stronger core than the average 30-year-old and could outdo them in leg raises anyday.
