About Me

Hi, my name is Raymond. Fitness and nutrition have been my passions for as long as I can remember. When I was introduced to Spartan OCR’s I was intrigued in testing my fitness capabilities and seeing what all the hype was about. Three and a half years later, 12 races, and three trifecta’s, I am now a Spartan Elite Athlete competing across the United State. Spartan Races have taught me more about myself than anything. It has help me pin point my weaknesses mentally and physically, what I needed to work on and train like there is no finish line. Not just in fitness but I’m everyday life. That’s what I live by and so should you!

We all go through hardships and “obstacles” in life. We all have failures. Sometimes get stuck in a rut and feel like there is no solution, no light at the end of tunnel. Well, I’ve had many of those myself. Fitness has helped me overcome many of those failures and challenges. Heck, for those of you who are familiar with Spartan’s 30 burpee penalty’s for not completing an obstacle, well truth be told I’ve had to do many, even as an Elite! But we get up and keep moving forward! If you are looking to change your life for the better through fitness and proper nutrition, I’m your coach. If your curious and Spartan Race Training, I will get you to complete your first one. No matter what your goals are, I will can help you reach them. Who knows, maybe you’ll be running along side me as an elite very soon!
