About Me

Hello! I am a Marine Corps veteran trained through The National Personal Training Institute as an Advanced Personal Trainer by way of the National Academy of Sports Medicine's curriculum with specialty certifications in Corrective Exercise, TRX and currently pursuing Sports Performance Enhancement.

I am a youth sports performance coach at The Parisi Speed School of San Diego and also hold weekly Outdoor Boot Camps downtown at the San Diego Convention Center with Mission Fit Camp! I offer Personal and Group Instruction geared toward, but not limited to, adult athletic performance and corrective exercise to help you live a healthier pain-free life!

What to Expect

Our first session together whether you need personal or group instruction, will be a one-on-one session to identify any imbalances you have within your body. This will allow me to tailor design a program to fit not only your body type and fitness level, but also to help correct any postural or structural imbalances hindering your progress, causing a plateau or pain. Don't worry, imbalances are very common, even the highest level athlete has them somewhere! What's important is that we identify and train them to re-gain balance giving you a more effective workout, better results and prevent injury!
