Hi, my name is Ramon. I recently finished a 5 year contract in the Marine Corps. Aside from my primary job as an air traffic controller, I was also responsible for the physical training of over 30 marines.
An active warm up, followed by either a endurance circuit or a list of weight exercises depending on the clients goals. Finished off with a cool down stretch.
I trained a marine that was doing a total of 5 pull ups, running a 26 minute 3 mile run, and unable to complete 110 crunches in 2 minutes. In 3 months that marine was doing 18 pull ups, a 22 minute 3 mile run, and was able to complete 110 in 2 minutes with seconds to spare.
