About Me

I have been personal training for a little bit over a year now. I got into the industry when I finally got into shape after years of eating bad and working in a cubicle. Along the way I helped some of my friends and they liked the results they were getting. While I was training them I was having fun, and felt good helping other people. After I had those experiences with my friends I wanted to help as many people possible get into shape.

There isn't one program fits all for everyone. Everyone's body is different and will react differently to certain movements like the squat or dead-lift. Some people do not have the mobility,and their bodies aren't responding and might be better doing a different variation. Also, nutrition is another aspect of fitness that is very important. You want to eat healthy and whole foods, and cater to the things you like the most.

What to Expect

From a typical session clients can expect me to give them the best workout I can give them with their goals in mind. The goal can be getting ready for a wedding, losing 20 lbs, or whatever the goal that you want to reach. I will do my best to get to your goal and teach you as much as possible about working out and healthy living. I want my clients to come away with having an amazing workout and to replicate the movement patterns that I have taught them and implemented into their own workouts.

So far David has been my most successful client. He took training very seriously, and came in and pushed everyday. He started at 230 lbs. He followed my instructions to perfection. He would do his cardio when I asked him to 2 days a week, followed the nutrional suggestions that I gave him, and killed every workout. In 6 months he lost 50 LBS.
