A client I am currently training came to me just a few weeks ago. This client is 6'0" and weighs 130. He races BMX professionally and wants to put on lean muscle mass so he has more power during his races. By setting up an exercise and meal plan, this client has gained 10 pounds of lean mass in just three weeks. And we are still going!
