About Me

Hi, my name is Rachel. After 10 years of sports, 3 years of collegiate softball, and 5 years of weight training, I have become obsessed with fitness. Our bodies are capable of amazing feats once properly trained. And, all it takes is the knowledge of how to train our bodies to accomplish everything we hope to accomplish. I plan to dedicate my time and effort into training anyone willing to discover what they are capable of.
