About Me

I go by Taylor, I played football for eight years for Arlington and then for Fayette Academy. I have been working out in many ways for about seven years, just about every day. I attend the university of Memphis in hopes to be a physical therapist or an occupational therapist. I am hoping to help the everyday person just get a little more healthier and fit everyday.

What to Expect

My clients can expect to gain overall strength as well as any desired goal (weight loss, weight gain, etc.) and proper knowledge on all things fitness and health.

Client Success Story

When I was young I was very overweight. As a fourth grader I weighed about 160 pounds. Once I started playing football, I then became very interested in fitness and more so working with weights. Now as a 22 year old I weigh 220 pounds and am in exceptional shape with a bench max of 330, squat max of 545 and a deadlift max of 570.
