Hello there! I've been a personal trainer for about 8 years and I own my own fitness company. I help my clients reach their fitness goals by first consulting with them to understand what their actual goals are. I also want to understand more about what the problems really are as well. Why have you been hindered and unmotivated to work out? Are there any past injuries or life event that has served as an obstacle for you with your fitness journey? These are the type of questions we like to satisfy within my consultation so that I can properly game plan and help my client build healthier habits.

First and foremost, a client can expect me to work with them where they are at athletically. It's not about where are at in your fitness journey it is about where I can take you! I run an assessment to see what it is my client and handle then we both set realistic goals from there. It is important to set timelines so that we can build a sense of urgency to make positive results. Sometimes I create fun challenges to get the competitive juices flowing! I work with my client through their struggles through consultation, education, motivation, and problem solving.
I took on a man who was in a low part of his life. He was 30 lbs over weight, depressed, he drank and smoked, and was really frustrated with life. What I have learned is that personal training is more than just training; it gets very personal. Over time, I naturally got to understand some of his limiting believe systems and bad habits that was holding him back from seeing the results he wanted. I had to work to build his trust by educating him on how to eat, how to work out, and most importantly , how to stay positive and in the right mind state. By staying in the right mind state he was able to execute healthy habits with consistency in a motivated fashion which was how he was able to lose 30 lbs in 8 months, reduce his body at percentage by 15% , quit smoking and drinking, and get in the best shape of his entire life!
