Hi, my name is Que. I am 31-years-old, a female and former Division 1 basketball athlete. I attended the University of Rhode Island where I was also a member of the women’s basketball team. I have made a career into a fitness model for about 6 years now and still currently model part time. I have experience coaching Division 2 athletes and once held the assistant women's basketball coach for the University of DC. I also have experience coaching children ages 7-13. I have a strong desire to give back to the community and help kids and adults learn and implement structure through fitness and nutrition while still having fun and feeling unrestricted in dieting.
American Counsil on Exercise
Fitness Training - My specialty is in pairing your workout with a nutrition plan because I firmly believe that fitness goals are 80 percent diet, and 20 percent exercise. You will not only get training, but nutrition advice and tips as well. Basketball - My main focus is on ball handling, free throw shooting, and 1 on 1 scoring techniques. Those were strengths of mine when I played also. Ball handling on weaker hands were a strength of mine as well. Also mid range game and 1 on 1 moves to the basket or a pull up jump shot.
From client - I personally don't train with her but my 13 yr old daughter, Demaris does and she loves it. Coach Que is passionate about what she does and her experience shows. She has my daughter ready to show off her moves when she plays in her tournaments. Right away, Coach Que knew my daughter's strong/ weak skills. She is a "no hold bars" kind of trainer. She wants and expects the best of her clients. We love that about her. Demaris is proud to have her as her trainer.
