My name is Pramila and I am an American Council on Exercise (ACE) certified personal trainer. I hold a current CPR and AED certification from the American Red Cross. I am based out of Castro Valley, CA and I love to help people of all ages attain their fitness goals. I have over 12 years of professional experience a group fitness instructor with certified skills in: Zumba, kick-boxing, step aerobics, dance aerobics, Bombay Jam, personal training and yoga. I currently conduct corporate sessions and also teach at the RSF at UC Berkeley. My areas of expertise includes weight loss, core conditioning, flexibility training, aerobics, high intensity training and dance based workouts like Zumba and Bombay Jam. I love training in large groups as well as individual one on one training. I try to approach fitness as a way of life and I love to help people achieve their personal fitness goals and be part of their journey. I try to understand my clients by “putting myself in their shoes” so that I can deliver what they are looking for more effectively and by motivating them.
