Hi, my name is Philip and I am a 26-years-old former United States Marine with a love for fitness. Working out changed my life and I want to help you change yours! I enjoy putting my clients through high volume fast paced workout. I want you to feel the results as they are happening. Or if you like a slower paced muscle building emphasis I can do that too! We will work together and figure out what suits you the best for your needs and goal!
