Hi, my name is Phillip. I am currently in the United States army, I am looking to train and help people improve their lives and feel better about themselves. I have been training for 6 years and I have come a long way from when I first started. I had to work to get where I am today, so I know about overcoming adversity. Each client has different goals so each session will be challenging but shall also depend on your goals.

Phill was a tuff but kind person hes the only trainer I had that really seem to care about my health.He didnt rush like some trainers do nice and easy but we worked out hard.I work out 1 hour 3 times aweek with Phill hes always a happy guy always quick with a smile.Yes I would recommend Phill,, thx Phill for all the work you have been doing for me and the group.
