My name is Phil. I am an experienced personal trainer, working with ages 14-80 over the past 3 years! I also work as a strength coach and have experience training and programming for NCAA D1 schools.

We will work hard, but I promise you will not only have fun, but learn new exercises, what muscles they work and you can learn how to help others get a great experience as well.
