Hey there! I'm Peter Balbuena and I was pushed into becoming a fitness professional by you, yes you the person reading this right now. Everyone in this world needs help with something, and my passion is to help you with your fitness and health goals. Your struggle to live healthy and eat healthy and just simply be healthy, is also my struggle and that motivates me everyday to wake up lace up my boots and attack my goals. The same way I have helped many clients for the past 4 years. Im from the Bronx, NY and it may seem difficult to get in shape and live a great life feeling good about yourself but there are always things we can control and our health is one of them.

A typical training session with me is based on building a solid foundation centered around your core, mixed with a lot of functional training based on your daily living, and a little bit of spice(HIIT) to make it all come out nice.
One of my favorite clients I worked with, I was able to help her lose over 20lbs and she got so much stronger physically being able to play and keep up with her child on a daily basis. She truly began believing in me when after a month we were able to hold a plank for over 30 seconds, and she began to learn to enjoy the process and the little wins in her fitness journey.
