Hi, my name is Pete. I got into personal training and group fitness because not enough people take care of their bodies. We only get one and it has to last us. I want you to work hard and leave feeling fatigued, but not have to crawl out the door. Depending on your scheduling, we will work the entire body, core, upper, lower as well as give you things to do on your days away from training. In addition you will get counseling on your nutrition to help expedite achieving your fitness goals and maximize your experience. There is no typical session though, each person has a program tailored to their needs and goals that works within their limitations.
Easily my favorite story is a young lady who was not into exercise at all, and vastly overweight. Her dad hired me to work with her. He later told me I saved her life, that she's into bike riding, eats better, and is exploring other avenues of fitness as well. And that's why I do this, to change lives for the better.
