Hi, my name is Paulo. I am a Certified NPTI trainer where I received a diploma in personal training. It's a hands on instructional program that allowed me to be properly instructed on how the body works inside the gym and out. I received a certification in nutrition. I am CPR/AED certified. I'm a formally 315lb young adult, that coached myself down from a very unhealthy point in my life. I adapted small lifestyle changes that allowed me to push my body to something incredible. Very patient trainer, that will give exactly the right amount of push.
All sessions are 1 hr long. We will begin with a proper warm up. Warm up may consist of cardio or muscle stimulation geared towards the workout. Workouts will always consist of a short core period, about 6 minutes. The rest of training is about 45 minutes, geared towards your goals. Whether that be strength training, or any form other form of training. Sessions will end with a cool down/stretch.
My greatest success has been a 59-year-old client that went from under eating half her calories, to developing a healthy relationship with food. Her calories are now more than twice what they were when we started. She has since lost 4% body fat, cut her dependency to sleep aides and caffeine, and gain a considerable amount of lean muscle mass.
