About Me

I started setting fitness challenges for myself such as competing in local charity runs. Pushing through the workouts gave me a newfound confidence to venture into new areas of business and improve my career opportunities, so I began personal training. I get a great deal of satisfaction when I help someone else start their own fitness journey. There is no bigger paycheck than when I see the light turn on in someone and they make that promise to improve their fitness and push forward with no excuses to achieve their dreams.
