What to Expect

A typical session will be customized toward an individual's unique needs. Usually we'll start with a 10-15min warmup targeting mobility, activation, and body awareness. The next 30-45 minutes will be resistance based training, allowing me to sculpt and strengthen your body toward your individual goals. The last 5-10 min will be a stretching and cool down period, keep you injury free and moving on toward recovery. Time set off for nutritional coaching as needed.

My latest client sees me twice a week. He is the founder and owner of his own insurance company, and a father of five kids. In the last four months, he has dropped 5 percent body fat, 4 inches off of his stomach, 15 lbs of body weight, and increased the number of pushups he can do to 30 from 10.
