Certified Strength and Conditioning Specialists
A typical session will be customized toward an individual's unique needs. Usually we'll start with a 10-15min warmup targeting mobility, activation, and body awareness. The next 30-45 minutes will be resistance based training, allowing me to sculpt and strengthen your body toward your individual goals. The last 5-10 min will be a stretching and cool down period, keep you injury free and moving on toward recovery. Time set off for nutritional coaching as needed.
