Hi, my name is Paul. I have 10+ years experience as a personal trainer and have actively worked with clients on an individual and small group settings. I continue to expand my knowledge by obtaining certifications with AAAI/ISMA (Personal Training & Sports Nutrition).

I do extensive research/planning for each client, to help me provide a higher level of service.

10% (Warm-up & Stretching),
80% (Instructed & Assisted Workout),
10% (Cool-down & Injury Prevention).

After Paul patiently listened to my issues with my left knee area he developed a simple but very effective exercise routine to strengthen an stabilize the knee. Paul worked with me to put together a combination of leg presses, curls, stretches, along with stabilizing routines on the Bosu ball. The knee is strong and I am now able to play racquetball regularly along with all other activities. The exercise routine is one that I will continue into the future, especially if it means that I can continue competitive sports and recreational activities.
