Hi, my name is Paul. I have 10+ years experience as a personal trainer and have actively worked with clients on an individual and small group settings. I continue to expand my knowledge by obtaining certifications with AAAI/ISMA. (Personal Training & Sports Nutrition). I also, do extensive research on a case-to-case basis to help me provide a higher level of service to each individual client.

What to Expect

What are your fitness goals? Lets create a weekly agenda for you and I will help keep you accountable in achieving that agenda which will help you achieve your fitness goal. Each season will consist of 20% Warm-up, 60% Workout, 20% Cool-down.

After Paul patiently listened to my issues with my left knee area he developed a simple but very effective exercise routine to strengthen an stabilize the knee. Paul worked with me to put together a combination of leg presses, curls, stretches, along with stabilizing routines on the Bosu ball. The knee is strong and I am now able to play racquetball regularly along with all other activities. The exercise routine is one that I will continue into the future, especially if it means that I can continue competitive sports and recreational activities.

I have to say Paul is the best trainer I've ever had the privilege to work with. He is personable and professional, focused and driven, and truly cares about helping people achieve their fitness goals. He is very knowledgeable and knows just when to mix things up in your routine so you don't get bored or burned out. But he can also be really no nonsense when he sees you trying to slack off. I personally couldn't handle someone yelling at me and Paul knows how to be firm without being mean. Overall mybest experience ever working with a trainer.
