Paul created a boot camp style workout for me over a 6 week period at my request. He was supportive, encouraging and honest. But, best of all, he was committed to helping me achieve my goal. After Paul patiently listened to my issues with my left knee area he developed a simple but very effective exercise routine to strengthen an stabilize the knee. Paul worked with me to put together a combination of leg presses, curls, stretches, along with stabilizing routines on the Bosu ball. The knee is strong and I am now able to play racquetball regularly along with all other activities. The exercise routine is one that I will continue into the future, especially if it means that I can continue competitive sports and recreational activities.
