About Me

Hi, my name is Paul. I discovered at a young age that I loved to be active and using my body to its greatest potential. It wasn't until my early 20's when I met an elder from the village over who took me under his wing and taught me everything he knew about the human body; how it moves, works, how to get muscle, how to lose weight and what to eat. It was a daily hands on one-on-one teacher/student relationship for years until old age made it physically impossible for us to continue. From that point forward I have always made what I put in my body as high a priority as the work I require of myself to keep my muscles and tendons and bones operating at their best. I am a motivator at heart and I can guarantee if you work with me, you will get to where you want to be. I will not let you quit until you have reached your goal.

What to Expect

A client can expect to sweat, to work hard, to use muscles in places they didn't know they had. They will always leave feeling motivated to continue on their own until we meet again as I am a very positive force and believe your words shape your actions. You will see your body change during training time with me.

Client Success Story

My favorite success story was a woman I trained after she had been on bed rest for 10 weeks pregnant and unable to walk during that period. She gained 75 lbs during her pregnancy and weighed 275 the day she delivered. After speaking with her, I knew what she needed was positive re-enforcement. We met 3 times a week and started slow with light weights and cardio, and eventually she worked her way up to benching 50 lbs. We worked together the whole first year her daughter was born and she easily lost that 75 and continued to lose more. She now enters amateur women's fitness contests. She taught me so much about hard work and persevering.
