About Me

I have been in the fitness industry since my senior year of high school. My first job as a step aerobic instructor led me into a life of studying health and fitness. I teach spin classes and several group classes such as boot camp. I am a mother of 3 boys so I can relate to lifestyle challenges. I have many specialties; weight loss, toning, special occasions (weddings), and cardio endurance. My goal as a trainer is to make you understand the hows and whys of what we are doing. This resonates and has help to keep my present and past clients on track. I am also a Livestrong coach and have trained many cancer survivors. My training clients have ranged from 87 years of age to 14 years of age, cheerleaders, cross country runners, golfers, etc.

Crisy Vechiolli is an excellent personal trainer. She is knowledgeable, hardworking, encouraging, and always have a positive attitude. Training with her will make you sweat and she will push you to your limits, but I can guarantee that at the end you will achieve your goals and you will be happy. I am 53 years old and although, before I started training with Crisy, I exercised regularly, every year I kept putting some extra weight. Worse I was also starting to have medical problems such as high blood pressure. I knew that I needed to do something and I was lucky to start training with Crisy. She changed my exercise routine and help me changed my diet. She designed an exercise routine that fits my needs which is always evolving. I lost over 30 pounds over a year and now I have a normal weight, but more importantly I feel a lot better.
